Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To respect my time and the time of all my clients, the following cancellation policy applies: * Less than 24 hours’ notice: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. * No-shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. * Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other clients.
